While we can't be 100% certain, this appears to be a jersey referencing the famous Rendez-Vous 87 series between an NHL All Star team and the Soviet Union. The level of Ice Hockey played in this series was of the highest calibre and it featured some of the biggest names in Hockey, including the great Wayne Gretzky. 

This isn't a replica of the NHL All Star Jersey but it follows a similar theme. As a jersey itself, it is quality and can be warn as both fashion and as a reference to Rendez-Vous 87. A must for all Ice Hockey fans.
